What to Expect: First Session
Our first session together will be two hours. We’ll spend about thirty minutes talking through your health and injury history, what’s bringing you in, your goals with massage, and going through several assessments (gait pattern, range of motion, muscular imbalances). Following our discussion, we’ll get you on the table for about 90 minutes of massage.
The initial intake session is $150. Afterwards, we’ll discuss the length and frequency of sessions that both addresses your therapeutic goals and accommodates your schedule.
